| What do I need to receive the signal and how to boost the signal? |

Normally AP Router has 2dBi dipole OMNI antenna, the range is approximately 10~20 meters, but depends on the actual circumstance.
If you would like to increase the actual signal range, please change the original 2dBi dipole Omni antenna to WIFI-Link outdoor antenna.

How to change the antennas of AP router?
Please unscrew the antenna of AP router, and then connect our outdoor antenna via a RF Coaxial cable assembly, choose the length of cable as you need.

| Our RF Coaxial Low Loss Cables are produced by ISO Certified Factories in Taiwan, the high quality with the good performance can be reduced the transmission loss which has LLC100 (2.70mm)/LLC200 (4.95mm)/and LLC400 (10.30mm) for the different circumstances and requests. |

Normally built-in Wi-Fi Laptop or PC could search the wireless signal is approximately 10~30 meters, but depends on the actual circumstance, it could be worse.
The built-in Wi-Fi can be replaced by our USB wireless dongle adapter external with 5dBi dipole antenna which gives you approximately 50~70 meters range, but depends on the actual circumstance. |
If you need more range, please change the 5dBi dipole antenna to our outdoor antenna.
For relying on the high power of USB adapter to push forward the outdoor antenna to get better, steady signal and range.

How to change the antennas of USB Dongle Adapter?
Please unscrew the antenna of USB Dongle Adapter, and then connect our outdoor antenna via a RF Coaxial cable assembly, choose the length of cable as you need.
We strongly suggest to use the mains not the battery for using USB Dongle Adapter
